Mr. Eardley Kern is a specialized financial professional with more than 32 years of experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking. 

Presently employed as Vice President of Sales at Soft Logic Stockbrokers Pvt Ltd since 2013. Before Joining Softlogic he was attached to Lanka Securities as Head of Sales and Marketing for 7 years and previously worked at Jardine Fleming HNB Stockbrokers and Somerville Stockbrokers. 

Mr. Eardley Kern obtained his Degree in Business Administration from the Association of Business Examination of the United Kingdom. He also holds an MBA from the Australia Institute of Business. He is a certified Management Accountant offered by CMA Australia and a Fellow FCIM from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K) / Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Managers and an Associate Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors. 

Mr. Eardley Kern completed the module course of Certified International Market Qualification CIMQ (U.K) and a certified Investment Advisor License ratified by the Securities Exchange Commission SL.

On a continuous learning and upgrading Mr. Eardley Kern be completing the Modul on Risk in Financial Services offered by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (UK) during the year 2023.
